Equity-centered Engagement

Equity-centered engagement is critical to any project’s success. Intentional, collaborative design is key, followed by detailed workplanning, and careful, interative implementation as shown below on our proprietary Engagement Framework.

We work closely with clients and their identified partners through the design and workplanning process, then pilot and implement tailored, respectful opportunities for stakeholders to contribute in meaningful ways where and when they can make a real difference. We have extensive experience in complex, challenging, and multijurisdictional projects, and centering equity to successfully engage underrepresented stakeholders such as people of color, youth, New Americans, families with young children, elders, and others whose voices need to be heard.
