Provided engagement and governance consulting to this formal Partnership of two counties and multiple cities and townships in central Minnesota. Worked with the Partnership and a planning consultant to develop Framework 2030, a major collaborative effort to develop a regional planning and economic development framework to optimize regional opportunities and mitigate the impact of regional challenges.
Engagement efforts were for both the Partnership and to support the planning project, including stakeholder mapping, engagement design, implementation support including online engagement, and website management.
Governance work included a new joint powers agreement, bylaws, member application process and materials, policies, procedures; logic modeling, budgeting, and workplanning; Partnership convenings; and leadership development systems and structures.
