Client: University of Minnesota Department of Public Safety

Visioning and Strategic Positioning: Designed and implemented rigorous and inclusive strategic planning process for a major department as part of University-wide planning and visioning. Addressed nuances and complexities of the recently consolidated departments of police, emergency management, and central security. Worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to conduct deep stakeholder analysis on which to base subsequent thinking and decision making. Helped develop goals, strategies, and tactics, as well as a detailed strategic plan anchored within the university’s strategic positioning framework.
