Strategic Planning: Designed and initiated a broad-based strategic planning process for this far-flung park district serving up to 6 million visitors annually. Incorporated existing research and plans, and set stage to engage the full range of internal and external stakeholders to create a vision, goals, and strategies to support the district’s strong mission.
