Strategic Planning, Public Involvement, and Visioning: Designing and jointly leading this multi-jurisdiction strategic effort to engage key stakeholders in a 20-year water quality improvement initiative. A thorough stakeholder analysis, deep input from active technical committees and partner organizations, and conference input are driving the visioning process and guiding recommendations on long-term organizational structure. And powerful results from a day-long goals/strategies/tactics workshop with key stakeholders will establish a sustainable framework and drive annual work plans to achieve demanding water quality goals
