Strategic Planning and Visioning: Following the fall 2008 passage of a state Constitutional amendment that included a 25-year funding commitment for the arts and culture, worked with this equally historic collaboration of key arts organizations throughout the state.

Helped develop a visionary plan with rich and compelling detail that supports comprehensive, equitable, and innovative access to, participation in, and understanding of the arts throughout the state.

Participant groups also presented out their initial visioning stories and talked through their goals-strategies-tactics in “story” form as a way of helping others understand their thinking.
